Studio automates the handoff between a human brief and a rendered file. It does not hide the plan. Every job keeps the prompt, the scene list, and the check report next to the video.
brief -> prompt compiler -> scene plan -> assets -> render -> ffmpeg -> qa -> mp4Who decides what#
| Step | Decides | Does not decide |
|---|---|---|
| Operator | Goal, audience, length, style, claims that must stay true | Frame-level motion code |
| Prompt compiler | The instruction sent to the model, using the selected skill | The final pixels |
| Model | Script, shot list, and composition code inside the skill's rules | Uploading or publishing |
| Worker | Render, encode, loudness, captions, file check | Changing the brief |
A person approves the scene plan before a paid or slow render when the roadmap's review gate is on. The first milestone can render a silent motion cut without that gate so the path is testable.
Aspect ratios#
| Use | Frame |
|---|---|
| Shorts, Reels, TikTok | 1080x1920 (9:16) |
| Feed square | 1080x1080 (1:1) |
| Feed portrait | 1080x1350 (4:5) |
| Landscape explainer | 1920x1080 (16:9) |
The brief picks one primary ratio. Extra ratios are a later export, not a second creative pass, unless the operator asks.
Length#
Social cuts in the first milestone are 5 to 45 seconds. The worker rejects a plan, or an uploaded voice, whose duration does not fit the brief before it spends a render.
